I am a Sansei, with two teens, and a hamster. This blog is a repository for ideas and observations, expressed in cartoon form, by and large. A bit of a journal too. Feel free to follow me on INSTAGRAM @ WILTOONS, (the Twitter for people who like to go out) where I post a journal comic. Thanks for dropping by! The pic is of me and my boy Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits. (not really a fan but he wanted his pic with me) © Wilton Sugiyama and Wiltoons, 2009 to 2020. 1. They are also combating the problem by getting rid of all mailboxes except a scant few that are located in front of the post offices themselves. Now what could be more convenient than that? When you are in a hurry and don’t have time to run to the post office to mail a letter, why, you can just use one of their convenient post office boxes. All you have to do is drive to the post office to use it!

On a side note, and more on the topic of your hilarious cartoon, I was not a hardened criminal myself when I was a child, but one of my miscreant friends was trying to do just what you show above, only using a string and some chewed up bubble gum. I unwittingly provided him the gum. I suppose that makes me an accessory. I have felt guilty about it lo these many decades, even though he was unsuccessful in fishing out even a piece of junk mail. I should turn myself in to the federales to alleviate my guilt. I am tired of running.
